How do I make an offer on a property?

The process of submitting an offer on a property is really quite simple. Once you have found your ideal property, you then need to make contact with one of our JKL sales consultants, who will walk you through the process. Our Sales consultants will then submit your offer to the property owner for their consideration. How do I view a property For Sale?

The easiest way to view one of our properties for sale, is to get in touch with our Sales Team. Many of our properties offer viewings by appointment however, some are limited to scheduled open home viewings only.

What is Stamp Duty?

This tax, which varies state to state, is unfortunately an inescapable step in the process of buying property in Australia. In real estate, stamp duty is paid by the purchaser and must be paid within 30 days of the property settlement. Seek advice from your Conveyancer or Solicitor on how stamp duty may, or may not affect you.
